This place has a great location and the best amenity you could ask for and dragging your luggage all the way there, an ELEVATOR (for luggage only)! The breakfast was excellent with gluten free options for celiacs. Our only problem was that is it was insanely hot and they didn’t have the ac on before our at oval so the room was stifling. It took hours to cool down and then stayed around 78 degrees. They had no fans to offer. The other problem was that the extra bed (we had a triple bed) was pretty uncomfortable.
The staff was very helpful and coordinated our porter (luggage carrier) to the bus station for us and gave directions for the fastest/cheapest way to the airport.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The staff was great, the room was great but the restroom could have some improvement, there was leak spots from the restroom above us.
The check in was simple even though we got there after hours.

The only recommendation that I have for room 14 will be to check the size of the shower it was very small in size for people to be able to bend comfortably while showering specially for someone tall or even a bit overweight it’s hard to move around while showering

Perfect location…far enough from the overpriced tourist spots..yet close enough to all attractions and transportation!
