Nice hotel about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Old Town. Although street was noisy outside you don’t hear it. Close to train station (about 8 minute walk). Staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee was a nice added touch.

My 2nd stay at a Maier hotel in Munich. Excellent value, clean, modern, comfortable completely helpful staff. Very convenient near the Hauptbahnhof. I like the slightly funky but safe and interesting neighborhood.
