Good location for sight seeing and access to the water bus stop.
Hotel has friendly staff, is clean and offers good information.
There are small things we did not like; for example our tv/remote control did not work for our 2 day stay. Also the shower was designed or repaired so water would leak into the whole bathroom floor.
Overall, we recommend the hotel.

The location of the property was good. About 15min. water taxi from the train station. The property was clean and the staff were helpful.

Close to the Accademia bridge, quiet, and has an elevator. Staff was also on sight for help and security. Would book again.
