It even smelled clean. It was very nice. Everyone was very nice. Plenty parking air conditioners work perfectly

Swimming pool has cracked bottom. Coffee pot did not work properly. No breakfast however offered Coffee and juice.
Excellent service and explained areas to go.

We were absolutely surprised with this property. We booked on price and hoped for the best. This hotel obviously is older but I have never seen a cleaner place inside and out. The pool was sparkling clean. The entire place smells so clean. The employees were delightful. It may be old and worn but its the best deal in the area!

I loved this hotel! The beds were beautiful. The shower was fantastic. I loved the decorations in the lobby. The location was great, so close to Dollywood and the Island. My only complaint is that our TV didn't work well, but that was so not a big deal. I will definitely be back.
