Good hotel. I highly recommend

This was my third stay at Amwaj Rotana, and it was the most special one yet as we celebrated my mom’s 81st birthday. She absolutely loves Dubai, and especially Amwaj Rotana. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, easy for her to navigate, and she always feels safe and comfortable here. The stunning views from the rooms make every stay even more memorable.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit so wonderful. Every staff member goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, and it truly feels like coming home each time we visit. I can’t wait to return with my family again soon.
A special thank you to Aco, Budikah, Karim, and Irshad for the seamless check-in process, their kindness, and for always being available to answer my questions and make everything effortless.
Jude and Amir at the front entrance were exceptional. They always welcomed us warmly, arranged taxis promptly, helped with our luggage, and paid attention to every little detail that made us feel genuinely cared for.
At the coffee shop, Purity and Wendy were simply wonderful. They served delicious fresh coffee and amazing cakes, always with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Starting the day there became one of my favorite parts of the stay.
A heartfelt thank you to Hussein from housekeeping, who kept our room immaculate, cozy, and comfortable every single day. His attention to detail and dedication truly reflected a level of service you would expect at a sev
