Nice small apartment, we had the basement apartment, nice for a day or two, but the sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable especially for a 4 days stay and the kitchen was tiny and missing some essential cutlery. Toiletries wasn’t enough for our stay, so bring your own and there was no change of towels or cleaning for our stay, with no access to a sweeping brush and a mop,
Good parking, generally a lovely place for 1-2 nights if you are a group of 4.

The apartment at Villa Karla was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and it was also great to have a parking space - we visited Zadar at the end of our trip and it was then easy to drive on to the airport.
