All staff really kind. Jen is the most incredible person in Albania. Friendly, kind and available. With our early departure, she even provided a take-away breakfast.

Everything was great, except the snacks in the room are way too expensive. Staff in the front desk was super helpful and friendly.

Really good place to stay. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. Common areas are nice, with a bar/café open. Breakfast was included with various options for everyone. Staff was communicative and friendly. Jenny help me with all the check in and check out process and also set me a ride to the airport, the extra mile you appreciate when traveling abroad.
