Close to Wrigley Stadium but still very quiet. Near several transportation options - trains and buses. Area is walkable and lots of restaurants block or two away. Staff is nice and areas are kept clean. Fridge and kitchen available.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and I appreciated that there are several bathrooms on each hall, including both full and half baths.
The complimentary coffee in the mornings was a nice touch, especially since it was offered using a real coffee cup. I enjoyed sitting outside on the upper deck and sipping my coffee. The deck is beautifully decorated with flowers and has plenty of seating. While the view is mostly of the backs of nearby buildings, the space itself is thoughtfully arranged and a nice place to relax.
One thing to be mindful of is the stairs. There is one uneven step that could cause you to slip if you're not paying attention, so just use a little extra caution.
The property also provides a mini ironing board and iron free of charge, which was convenient. The kitchen was clean, and I really appreciated having a free parking pass included. The staff was kind and welcoming as well.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!
