clean room , good breakfast , good value for money, there is no air conditioning. It may be very warm in hot summer days

Awesome place, but we decided not to take advantage of the breakfast. Quiet and clean (spotless) rooms, and great location: parking can be either be done in the hotel garage or (freely) on the street, albeit it could be difficult at times. U-bahn (subway) station 10 or so minutes away, to reach Munich center in 15-20'.
