Location was great. Ten minutes walk from the train station. Very close to all the major tourist sites.

Bathroom was slightly cramped, but this in no way detracted from our stay.

Very spacious and clean and well-lit. Nice to have a little balcony. The washer only took 15 minutes to cycle. Good linens and towels. Great AC as it was very hot during our visit. Great communication with Mamo staff by phone. It’s in a convenient location for everything.

All the pillows need to be replaced. The ones that are not lumpy and sad looking are just chunks of foam rubber cut to fit inside a pillowcase, not real pillows. I think the turnover of rental apts is so quick that full inspections are not done often enough. The shower leaks onto the floor, as the rubber stripping needs replacing on the glass. Also, there are no little recessed extension plugs so you can plug in the kettle, grill, iron and hairdryer. We had one with us as , have had many visits to Italy and are aware of all the different electrical plugs. A great apartment otherwise, and these are all easy fixes to maintain the place and its’ value.

The location is exellent and the appratment is perfect. It was amazing expirience, fitted with all our plans.

Everything was perfect. No comments at all.

Location was great for our requirements. Room was large and easy to have own space.

Stairs, elderly would struggle, steep and tight. Street gets pretty noisy early morning. Check in was very frustrating, entrance door they couldn’t open remotely, waited on comms, nothing, eventually they said they will send someone around but to unlock but never showed up.. another tenant come out so went in, still yet to hear back 4 days after..
