Amazing staff very attentive and helpful. The room, the onsen are very clean and well maintained. The food was amazing. Steps from a couple of conbinis and good restaurants. Only slight downside is that it’s a bit of a walk (20 min) or a short drive to Goryu ski resort. It’s a 15min cab ride to Happo. Didn’t find the public buses to be as easy or convenient to use so we used cabs or walk.

My partner and I visited while in town for a ski trip. We had a wonderful time. The staff as very attentive and helpful, and the restaurant at the hotel was very very good. The breakfast was amazing (especially when we got individual breakfasts on the day the buffet was not available), as was the dinner (Japanese bbq). We enjoyed the onsen, which features snacks and drinks. Our room had a very nice shower and heated floors. There was a ski gear drying room as well which was convenient. We loved this hotel!

An amazing place to stay if you want to experience the traditional Japan in a comfortable way. Chiko went out of her way yo help with many things and the Onsen is amazing with access all night. Convenient to the shuttle bus to Goryu which accesses Hakuba47. Our family had a wonderful stay!

Amazing hotel, baths, and especially service. Photos don’t nearly do it justice. Would give it a 12/10 if I could
