We had a wonderful stay at Grace Urban Houses. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the service was outstanding. The host was very kind, respectful, and always easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Athens, we would definitely choose Grace Urban Houses again. Highly recommended!

There was nothing we disliked. Everything was great, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great position, easy walk to the metro, buzzy streets everywhere !

We love the stairs but there are a few flights to go up.

De host was heel vriendelijk en had zelfs wat presentjes achtergelaten. Het apartement had 2 terassen, heel mooi uitzicht.

On fairly quiet street just around the corner from the Psyri neighborhood bars, cafes and shops. Short walk to train station. The balconies were nice also. The gift basket of wine, snacks, and eggs and cheese were very very nice to have!

The stairs were a real problem for us senior citizens. 3 long flights with light switches hard to find and which only stayed on briefly. There were no instructions for any equipment so we could not figure out how to turn on the stove top. We had a difficult time getting the keys to work, especially in the street level door which would be very stressful in an emergency as you are locked in. Also there was very minimal items in kitchen even if we could have turned on the stove. . We had to resort to cups of noodle soup and salad which was ok but space is very tiny for prepping any food at all. Finally, the bathtub with handheld shower was almost impossible for us senior citizens as it requires climbing over the end of the tub with no grab bars or way to feel safe. A good place for the very young and agile visitors!
