Our family of four stayed in the family suite for two nights. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful; special thanks go to Modesto, Maria, and Hosni for their hospitality and assistance. The bell service team was pleasant and energetic. Our room, called the family suite, was actually two separate corner rooms connected by a common door for privacy. The rooms were clean, the bedsheets were fresh, and the bathrooms were spotless, although one bathroom was quite small and had no space for personal hygiene items.
Breakfast was included and offered both buffet and à la carte choices. The food and service were excellent. We left feeling rested and felt that the staff mentioned had done a terrific job. That made for a satisfactory hotel experience.
