Our new vacation rental offers you a cozy and modern setting for a relaxing stay. The bright and beautifully furnished rooms invite you to make yourself at home. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable pull-out couch with an adjustable backrest and a sleeping function. A reading lamp ensures cozy evenings while you relax in front of the flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The dimmable ceiling lights with color-changing features allow you to create atmospheric lighting to suit your preferences. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm), which is particularly easy to get in and out of thanks to a comfortable height of approximately 70 cm. A spacious wardrobe with a mirror offers ample storage space, and an additional large sink with a mirror provides even more convenience. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a small sink, and a hair dryer. In the fully equipped built-in kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for cooking: refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop with range hood, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. High-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A sunny, covered south-facing balcony with seating is accessible via the stairwell. A small starter kit with soap, shower gel, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, parchment paper, paper towels, and coffee filters is already provided. Upon your arrival, the beds will be freshly made, and there will be plenty of hand towels, bath towels, dish towels, and dishcloths available. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. A parking space is available either in the courtyard or behind the house, as well as a sunny south-facing balcony accessible via the stairwell! Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment—however, it is allowed in the courtyard. Upon departure, we ask that you leave the apartment swept clean; this includes, among other things, washing the used dishes and kitchen utensils and putting them back in the kitchen cabinet once they are dry. Please separate and dispose of the trash properly! Please turn off the heat, close the windows, and turn off all the lights! If anything breaks during your stay, please let us know immediately! If the apartment is still very dirty upon your departure, we will unfortunately have to charge you an additional cleaning fee based on the amount of work required!! Location of the apartment: The “Dorfblick” vacation apartment is centrally located; all important destinations—such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, banks, doctors, and more—are just a short walk away. The idyllic Biedermeier-style spa park, situated along the Saale floodplains and featuring refreshing Kneipp pools, a healing spring, cafes, a mini-golf course, and a variety of flowering plants and palm trees, is just a few steps away from the apartment. There are several playgrounds for your children nearby, as well as biking and hiking trails right outside the front door! Of course, you’re also welcome to use all the amenities at the main building—Pension Höchemer (about 350 meters away)—such as the sunbathing lawn, garden, and playground… as well as our seasonally open and heated outdoor pool (for stays of one week or longer) free of charge, and you’re welcome to enjoy breakfast in our sunroom. Bad Bocklet: On the southern edge of the Bavarian Rhön Nature Park, right next to Bad Kissingen (about 8 km away), lies the idyllic Biedermeier spa town of “Bad Bocklet” on the Franconian Saale River, nestled in a magnificent landscape. In this rural paradise, with vast forests, clean air, and a mild climate, you’ll find peace, rest, and relaxation. Here, the unique “Balthasar Neumann Spring” bubbles up; it is Germany’s strongest mineral spring and is highly valued for its healing properties. Right on your doorstep, numerous biking and hiking trails await you in charming countryside. Arrive—relax—and feel right at home! Directions: By car: A7 (Würzburg–Kassel); from the south, take the Hammelburg/Bad Kissingen exit; from the north, take the Bad Kissingen/Oberthulba/Bad Bocklet exit; from the east, take the A71 via Erfurt–Suhl–Schweinfurt, take the Bad Kissingen-Oerlenbach or Münnerstadt/Bad Bocklet exit, then simply follow the signs for “Pension Höchemer.” Train: Via Würzburg, Fulda, or Gemünden to Bad Kissingen. Upon request, we’ll be happy to pick you up from the Bad Kissingen train station at a reasonable cost! Bus: From the Bad Kissingen train station, take the local bus to the “Bad Bocklet – Ortsmitte” stop. A deposit of 40% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not currently accepted.
