Our patio house is located in a quiet street, a stone's throw from a shopping street in the 14th arrondissement. On the first floor, an independent accommodation for 6 people (which stays cool in the summer) is organized around the patio:
- bedroom at the entrance with desk and sofa bed
- shower room with toilet, washing machine and dryer
- living room-kitchen open to the outside with sofa bed
- a quiet bedroom at the back of the patio with shower room and WC
The whole was renovated by the owners in 2020.

Very spacious and perfect for a family with teenagers. By far the most comfortable place we’ve stayed over the years. The hosts were amazing and the patio bistro area made the experience. Thank you.
