Welcome, guests!
Here’s everything you need to know:
Check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
Make yourself at home—all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building, so please don’t disturb them with loud music, etc.
The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—for example, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the trash container is right in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.
Please note that there is no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or soap provided.
Towels and linens are provided.
The washer and dryer are located in the building on the attic floor (the top floor under the roof). You’ll need a badge to use the machines. You can pick up the badge Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at my office: ZR Zurich Relocation AG, Seefeldstrasse 27, second floor. If you lose the badge, I’ll charge you 200 CHF for a replacement. Thank you for your understanding.
You are not alone in the building; please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you.
Right, and finally, here’s the fine print:
The apartment and furniture are handed over in good working order and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the cost of changing the lock(s).
