An elegant traditional stone villa in the unspoiled northern mountains of Zakynthos, Paliostafitha is set in an acre and a half of land with splendid, uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastline of the Ionian Sea and the wooded valleys below the villa. The property is not overlooked and enjoys uninterrupted peace and quiet. The tiny port of Agios Nicolas with its tavernas and beach is only 5 minutes away. Outside there are large and airy wide terraces and shaded garden, beautiful and colourfully planted and now well established, and a stunningly situated infinity swimming pool. This superb villa is the perfect family house for relaxed, easy summer living. The villa, pool, gardens and view will ensure unforgettable memories for you, your family and friends. Remember to watch the video ( filmed before we built on to the upper terrace ). New childrens’ play area added 2021.

This was a perfect villa, even better than the pictures with a fantastic large pool, beautiful outside sitting areas and even English plugs, perfect plumbing, a bathtub and filtered drinking water! Exceptional !

A well laid out villa with plenty of places to relax and enjoy the views. Surrounded by olive tree fiilled valleys and beautiful vistas out to sea. And of course, the gentle chirring of cicadas.

Beautiful villa which is well maintained and looked after. Lovely situation at the top of the hill overlooking the coast, about 10 mins drive from restaurants and bars.
