The property is on the ground floor and features modern and functional interiors. The living area includes an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and espresso machine. In the same space, there is a dining table, a sofa, and a TV. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with queen-size beds, each equipped with a wardrobe and TV. One of the bedrooms provides access to a private outdoor space, furnished with a table and chairs. The property is completed by a modern bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, offering a combination of comfort and practicality in an exclusive setting.
*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. Clean and well equipped appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. However there is a noticeable damp smell, not surprising for a ground floor appartment in Venice. When we arrived the washing machine was full of dirty water and the humidifier was turned off so the first impression was not great (we informed the host) but the smell became a bit less noticeable after a while. Also the humidifier was great for drying wet clothes after the rain. Comfortable beds and we appreciated the shower products. There were only three of the bowls and deep plates, would have been nice if a complete set was provided.

it was a lovely apartment in a wonderful neighbourhood. it was exactly as described and it was a spacious quiet place with lovely courtyard. wonderful retreat from bustle of beautiful Venice. Problem of communication and clarity of requirements with wonderful italy. While the company representatives were polite they were slow to respond, and last minute instructions difficult to understand after we were already in Italy elsewhere. Having confirmed several months ago a clear communication then of what would be required and when, would have made for a much less stressful relationship. We were completing confusing instructions while on the train to Venice. Would be very good if this can be improved.

"Very clean apartment. Quiet neighborhood but not far from places to eat and drink. Short walk to the tourist area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
