Première Ligne – Première Conciergerie
Apartment for 1 to 4 people – Palavas-les-Flots, beachfront.
Spend your vacation by the water, with a view of the sea, gazing out at the blue.
A beachfront apartment selected by Première Conciergerie for its unique location, view, and spacious layout. Every morning when you wake up, you can watch life come to life on the sea; in the afternoon, you’ll savor every moment of your vacation. And in the evening?… Each evening will be unique, with its ever-changing light. With your eyes fixed on the blue of the Mediterranean Sea for a few days or a few weeks, you’ll become the privileged residents overlooking the bay—the very same bay that passersby envy as they look up. The joy of the present moment.
A magnificent view, a terrace to relax on the “beachfront” in complete privacy. A kitchen that invites you to prepare dinner—because tonight, there’s no need to go to a beachside restaurant; the show is right in front of you. One bedroom for the parents, one for the children.
A 70 m² dual-aspect apartment, fully air-conditioned. Kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, washing machine, dishwasher, convection oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, table, and chairs. Living room equipped with a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a storage closet. Children’s room with two pull-out beds (2x90 cm wide) and a desk. Master bedroom with a king-size bed (160 cm wide) and a closet. Bathroom with a shower, two sinks, and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Fully air-conditioned apartment located on the 4th floor with elevator access. Private parking and a crib are available upon request.
We loved: the breathtaking ocean view, the beautiful renovation, the high-quality amenities, the large terrace, the elevator, and the air-conditioned apartment.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Free high-speed internet. Wi-Fi. Television. Bus: Bus Line 131 to Palavas; buses run hourly to Montpellier. By car: Take the Montpellier Sud highway exit. Montpellier Méditerranée Airport is 10 minutes away. Please download “Waze” for directions.
