The apartment is located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, a central location well-served by public transport (Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre metro station).
It faces directly onto the street, a major advantage for making it easier to move with luggage.
The apartment is spread over two floors: the first has a window facing the street, while the other is located in the basement, a layout that effectively separates the day area from the night area.
The apartment, directly facing the street, is divided into two floors.
On the first floor, you'll find:
- A bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa for two people and a small dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking plates, etc.).
- The first bathroom with a sink and shower.
Thanks to stairs leading down, you reach the basement level, which includes:
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A second bathroom with a sink and WC.
You have full access to our apartment located on the ground floor.
We prioritize convenience with our self-check-in system, where the keys are waiting for you in a key box. This means you can start your Lavie Maison experience at any time.
Please note, the apartment is on the ground floor, facing the road, which may result in occasional noise in the living room.
At Lavie Maison, we deeply value our guests' privacy and independence. While we've ensured a seamless self-check-in process for your convenience, know that our dedicated team is just a message or call away. Should you need any recommendations, have queries, or face any issues during your stay, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your Paris experience is nothing short of exceptional. Enjoy your stay, knowing we're here for you, every step of the journey.
- You can drop off your belongings at the accommodation from 11.15 a.m. before check-in.
- You can bring a pet - but it must be added as a guest before booking
- Check Parkopedia if you need a parking space / Nannybag if you need luggage storage after booking.
- For same-day arrival (meaning you have booked the apartment on the day of arrival) or the day before, the apartment can be cleaned at 7pm, instead of the usual 2pm.
- A mid-stay cleaning or other services are available on our application after booking.

It was in a quiet location, walking distance to most of the must see spots, plenty of restaurants near by and the host responded to inquiries right away.

Initial impression was not great. We arrived around 11:30am, retrieved the key from the lock box and went inside to store our bags. The place was tidy but not clean, so we contacted Lavoie Maison to let them know we arrived and inquired about cleaning. They responded that our reservation was cancelled and we would need to pay in order to have it cleaned and check in. I sent them our payment confirmation and after almost an hour we were told that they had made a mistake and would send a cleaner. When we returned for 2:00pm check-in the cleaner was there and said he would be done in an hour. the clearners were finally done at 3:30pm.
