We had a great experience.

Check in was easy, host was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and provided good directions to locate the VRBO. The beds were very comfortable with nice cotton sheets and pillow cases. Quiet area and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and water taxi.

The apartment was so cute, clean, and reasonably priced. It was perfect for our family. It was also conveniently located not far from the water taxi and close to main attractions. We loved it!

We had 5 people in our group and the living room and kitchen were a challenge to have us all together. Each bedroom is on a different floor and the living room on another floor. We were unable to use the terrace due to rain but were told we had to be quiet if we were to use it because neighbors complain. There were no provisions, i.e. salt, pepper, coffee, etc. And while having a washer/dryer was great; no detergent was provided. Only one bathroom had shampoo. Location was good, but the overall experience wasn’t worth it in comparison to other properties we’ve stayed at in Venice.
