Overall the house worked for the most part. The community and attractions were all as described. The house has a new deck, nice downstairs bedroom and nice covered parking, but there are some issues. The cleaners used to clean the house are terrible. We have a 3 year old that picked up a pill covered in tons of hair off the floor. There are multiple outlets that are either failing or have failed and many that won’t even hold a plug. The house hasn’t been up kept in years other than a coat of paint over separating trim, stained ceiling tiles, rusting nails and broken flooring. DO NOT open the circuit breaker panel, there is an open slot in there that will result in serious personal injury if a kid or adult put their fingers in it. The outside shower doesn’t work at all. Golf carts are not what’s pictured, they are 20 year old one that are very beat up. Host called directly asking to put the trash cans to the corner. One golf cart didn’t work and host responded quickly.
