Pretty decent really good host in the centre of Florence. It can get noisy at night, but we had everything we need.

Clean, spacious space. Close to city center without all the noise of city center. Really easy to walk around. Experienced and communicative hosts. Very easy to walk to nearby supermarket to get fresh ingredients for cooking. Appreciate the in-apartment laundry accomodations. An overall excellent experience.

We were very happy with this property and host and would happily stay again. - The apartment is bright and pleasant. It is thoughtfully decorated and equipped (olive oil & cooking basics, a welcome bottle of wine, guide books, maps, bathroom amenities, washing machine detergent, coffee, etc.). - The host is very sweet and friendly.- The location is 10-15 walking distance from the city center which is nice bc it's also less congested/noisy. - The apartment is one level up from ground level, so be aware that you have to carry your bags up two flights of stairs. - Also, the noise on the street can be a bit much with late night revellers, but the host has thoughtfully supplied earplugs. If your windows are shut, it is no issue.
