What a perfect location in Wellfleet! The house had so many places to get away and relax! Everyone in our family could find some quiet time if needed! The backyard and view were so wonderful! Our Newfie also loved the yard, lots of space to play fetch! We had great game nights in the family room, and morning coffee in the beautiful sun room! The house is quaint and has that Cape feel. Space was very clean, and having the linens provided was a welcomed amenity- saving so much room when traveling- and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash a plus! Will stay here again!!! Thank you for a dream vacation!!

Perfect for my group’s and my (4 adults, 1 toddler) needs. This place had the trappings of a charming, cozy cape house, hitting a nice balance between character and convenience. We especially loved the outdoor shower, the sunroom in the back in the evenings, and the dining table nook for coffee & puzzles in the morning. You can hear the traffic from the nearby road, but that didn’t bother us. Check-in & check-out were a breeze—would stay again!

Great house with historic character. We enjoyed the outside areas as well as the charming sitting rooms inside. Well stocked kitchen. Good location, pretty views and lots of birdsong. We weren’t bothered at all by the traffic noise as some others have mentioned.

Outdoor area was fabulous. House very choppy, no real living area, furniture was old and covered. I think I paid too much for what we got
