Elegant apartment recently renovated in a small building with private courtyard and overlooking Rio San Severo.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and consists of an open space with a sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave; two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed; finally two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.
The house has a sofa bed.
The building is not equipped with a lift.
* Guests will be able to access the accommodation using a numerical code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link that they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active from 3 PM onwards.

The apartment was small but quite nice. It needs some refurbishment and upgrading. In particular the entrance was uninviting and the courtyard has broken glass. The staircase is very narrow up to the apartment so with heavy bags it was a challenge. The headboards of the beds are quite damaged and there are some slats missing by the headboard of one of the single beds. There is no air con in the bedroom with the twin beds so it was very hot. The showers were not cleaned very well and the crockery was dirty.However the location is excellent and the apartment does overlook the canal. The bar you can see from the windows is lovely and very welcoming.

The location of this rental is great, we could walk to everything and explore Venice. The rental was accurate on what it came with and was mostly clean however the bathroom off the double was a little dirty in the door frame but everything else was pretty clean. Getting to the rental came with a 5 page photo description and it was necessary and so helpful. Communication was smooth and a perfect location in our opinion.

The apartment was smelling bad when we arrived, the entrance of the apartment was not very good. Bed not very comfortable.

Letto comodissimo...10 e lode
Innanzitutto si entra nel cancelletto ed i bidoni della spazzatura nemmeno ti fanno passare.
Pecca importante: in bagno non hai dove appoggiare i saponi e nemmeno nella doccia ( che non era pulitissima).
Qualche sapone in più o migliore....
Anche in cucina...magari un rotolo di scottex ( così come in bagno c'è la carta)
