⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The shower and a washbasin are in the bedroom, in an open space, with no door or curtain; the toilet is separate. With several guests, taking a shower means the bedroom has to be left free: this layout best suits a couple or people who are comfortable together.
* The apartment is ideal for up to four. With five or six guests, the additional guests sleep on the two double sofa beds in the living room, which also holds the dining area. Once the sofa beds are open, there is little room to move around or have a meal, and the single shower takes some organisation.
* The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Haussmann-style building with no lift, and getting in involves several steps through the building, which is not obvious the first time. You need to follow the instructions sent before arrival step by step, and the climb with suitcases can be difficult for older guests or people with reduced mobility.
* Sound insulation is poor: the neighbours can be heard, which can disturb light sleepers.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 11th arrondissement, 300 m from Bréguet-Sabin metro station (line 5) and 400 m from Bastille (line 1), in a tastefully decorated apartment with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
