Our holiday Villa is matchless for giving you that 'home away from home' feeling. Comfortable, modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and direct sea-views. Perfect for few families or a group of friends sharing wishing to be together but also have their separate space. The villa is fully air-conditioned in the summer and also equipped with heating which can be used as heating during the cooler months.
The property also includes a generous garden and swimming pool area equipped with summer kitchen, BBQ & sun loungers, where guests can really enjoy their time relaxing by the pool and eating alfresco. A removable safety fence to keep poolside safety to a maximum allowing parents the freedom to enjoy being poolside with little ones.
well positioned , a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and a beaches with crystal clear water.
Other restaurants and many sea activities such as sailing, kayaking and more are dotted along the seafront.
The historic town of Herceg Novi is a ten minute drive with its delightful old town and picturesque harbour and sea front, there you will find much larger beaches with a great range of lively beach bars and superb restaurants.
please note that occasional noise can be heard from passing cars in front of the villa.
in addition there are 3 car parking spaces reserved for staying guests.
Djenovici is a short drive from Herceg novi and Kotor - both nice towns with great markets. Hiking up Subra is a must and hiking along the ridge above Kotor bay is spectacular. A nice way to relax after busy active days is with a nice long cocktail at Tramontana followed by dinner at Konoba Catovica Mlini...its really tasty and has been well reviewed by Lonely Planet, Fodors, World Top 7

The property is situated in a truly stunning location with local shops, bars and restaurants 10-15 min walk away.Three floors of self contained mini apartments was ideal for our extended family group with lots of space and fabulous pool.Some minor repairs and updates were needed but this should not detract from the fabulous holiday opportunity the property offers Hosts were responsive and helpful with any enquiries and we all had a wonderful holiday Highly recommended!

The property was easy to find and the host was responsive to my communications. I did have to initiate things though: e.g. sending details of guests so that we were registered for the tourist tax (non-payment can result in a 150 fine at the airport). Also on the day we arrived at the airport, there was an EU Summit taking place, rendering all the roads in and out of the airport closed for 2 days. We were not notified of this by the host and only found about it on arrival from the hire car company. Though them we had to walk to the jetty outside the airport where a boat took us across the fjord to a jetty nearest to the villa. We then had to cancel our hire car booking (and claim on insurance for the loss), return to the Airport 2 days later having made a new booking and only then did we have transport. This was a unique event but we weren't informed apart from by Easyjet on the day of arrival. Once we got to the villa all was fine. However, there is no hanging space/rail provided apart from in one bedroom. There is very little furniture in each room apart from a bed and in our room a small dressing room. We were a group of older adults and I think the least that should be provided in each room would be a rail with hangers and also bedside tables. We had to move chairs and a coffee table from a living area into our room and take a small bedside table from another room to provide the most basic bedroom furniture requirements.

This property was perfect for our family holiday and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for somewhere to accommodate a large group family holiday. The pool was a perfect size, all three levels were self contained and the outdoor kitchen and dining area were great. There is a wonderful beachside walk with bustling restaurants and bars all along it called Bambi beach, this is only a ten minute walk from the property. All of the businesses along that beach catered for families so we had many good evenings down there. If we were to come to Montenegro again I would not hesitate at booking this property again, it had everything we needed and the resort of Denovici is beautiful and unique.

The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of space. Communication wasn't always the easiest prior to arrival as the local team did not always respond to emails or messages. There were a few very minor issues with the house itself but nothing to stop enjoyment of our holiday.
As stated in the house details there is road noise, but it is considerable and constant. We were out each day so didn't get disturbed too much by it apart from the evenings and early morning in the outside kitchen, but we did not want a relaxing day lying by the pool because of it.
Overall a nice house and excellent value for money, the only reason I would not stay here again would be the noise.
