There are two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. Soft tones and thoughtful touches create a calm setting for restful nights.

The living area offers a cozy sofa bed and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Natural light, TV, and fast Wi-Fi make the space comfortable for both downtime and remote work.

It is very important that you know:



1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time to avoid disturbing other tenants. Thank you!



2. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you may smoke in the designated smoking spots.. Please ensure that cigarettes are properly extinguished all the time..



3. Parties - Please note that parties and large events are not allowed in the apartments, as they are not equipped for this type of use. Thank you for your cooperation.



4 Babies and Toddlers: If needed, we offer a cot, high chair, and additional mattresses to make your stay more convenient for families with young children.



5. Our Availability and Services: While we primarily operate virtually, we want you to know that we are always here for you. Whether you have questions related to the apartment or anything else, feel free to reach out at any time. We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional hospitality and support.



6. The elevator is small and can only fit 1-2 adults; it is not designed to carry people with a lot of big luggage/wheelchairs/(unfolded) baby strollers.



Quiet Hours (Greece Regulations)



In accordance with Greek law (Police Order 3/1996), please respect the official quiet hours:



Summer (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00

Winter (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30

During quiet hours, the following are strictly prohibited:



Loud music, TV, or any high-volume noise

Shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive gatherings

Singing, playing musical instruments, or dancing noisily

Any activity that may disturb neighbors (including in common or outdoor areas)

Please note that Greek law is strictly enforced. Failure to comply may result in fines or legal action.
