Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after the First World War, the city of Rapallo is located on the western part of Gulf Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro. The sumptuous defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the ligurian sea and it's surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Do not miss the only one of the five remaining doors of the ancient “Borgo Murato”, the “Porta delle Saline”, which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna di Montallegro.
Rapallo Station is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment while Genoa Airport is 35 minutes by car.

The appartment is wonderful. It was clean and the location is ideal. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing to note is that the appartment does not have air conditioning. It does however have a portable fan. As the evenings were breezy, the cool night air made for a very comfortable sleep.
