Lovingly furnished with modern yet cozy touches down to the last detail, the apartment is a haven of comfort with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and nature. With at least 75 m² of living space, the apartment offers spacious living and sleeping areas. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen, which is ideally suited for preparing meals with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with baking function, and glass-ceramic cooktop, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils such as dishes and pots. A large solid-wood table is perfect for sharing meals, and a coffee maker ensures the perfect start to the day. The apartment features three sleeping areas, including a bedroom with a cozy double bed, a built-in closet, and a panoramic window offering a magnificent view of the mountains. Another spacious living/sleeping area with a sleeper sofa and panoramic windows rounds out the accommodations, and there is the option to book an additional room upon request. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are available for your personal grooming. The large, south-facing terrace offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the surrounding nature and invites you to relax. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m.Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Key access is via a numeric code. You will receive the code well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 20.00 EUR per day/night. If your dog is left alone in the room, please hang the provided “dog in room” sign on the door. Please also note, however, that room cleaning may not be provided. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person per night will be charged additionally on site.
