The location in Heilbronn-Ost, right next to Pfühlpark, is quiet yet exceptionally well-connected: a 5-minute walk to the tram and bus stops, 15 minutes to downtown/the university; shopping, a bakery, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Family-friendly: (travel crib/high chair) available upon request. A washing machine is provided. Non-smoking accommodation; smoking is permitted only outdoors. Pets {upon consultation/not allowed}. We maintain clear house rules (quiet hours, no parties) and provide professional, reliable communication with guests.

In short: quiet, close to the city, work-friendly—perfect for couples, business travelers, and small families.
