There’s a moment when you walk in.
A moment when you immediately feel that you’ll be comfortable here.
The light from the terrace, the modern colors, the unexpected silence in the heart of Palermo… everything seems to tell you: relax, you’ve arrived.

Fior di Sicilia – Apartment with Terrace isn’t just a place to stay.
It’s a way of experiencing the city.

Two double bedrooms, clean lines, modern materials, and carefully chosen details.
An elegant living room where you can relax, chat, and watch a movie on a 50-inch TV as if you were at home.
A fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up a quick pasta dish or a full dinner after a day exploring Palermo’s narrow streets.

And then there’s the terrace.
Spacious, modern, private.
A place that immediately feels like your own.
In the morning, you sip your coffee there while watching the city wake up.
In the evening, it becomes the perfect spot for an aperitif, a chat, and a moment of relaxation.
This is where Palermo shows you its best side: one made up of warm lights, open skies, and that air that smells of the Mediterranean.

You don’t just come here to sleep.
You come to feel good.
To breathe.
To experience Palermo from above, in style.
