The holiday house is located in a small village in the municipality of Caroiba, in the hinterland of the Istrian peninsula. It is part of a row of houses next to each other. It is surrounded by green nature and is therefore an ideal place to relax. Outside, there is a private garden with a children's playground and a brick barbecue. Another new feature of the property is the 6.5 m x 4.5 m swimming pool. The depth can be adjusted between 1.20 m and 1.50 m. There is an area of approximately 90 square metres with non-slip tiles, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The property also includes a private parking area for up to four cars. There are numerous restaurants, discos and pizzerias in the vicinity. There are also two water parks where you can spend a few hours of fun. There is also a riding school nearby. Right next to the holiday home is the owner's farm, where wine and olive oil are cultivated. Guests can help with farm work if they wish. Firewood for the fireplace and grill is provided free of charge by the owner. A computer is also available to guests.
