Villa Asya 2 is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views, fully air-conditioned, located in the desirable Ortaalan area of Kalkan. Its prime location places it within easy reach of the city centre, the beach, markets, and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends of up to 6 guests.
The villa features a sunny private pool, spacious outdoor terraces, and stunning surroundings, offering both comfort and functionality for those looking to relax while enjoying panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.
Villa Asya 2 is adjacent to Villa Asya 1, positioned slightly higher (the middle villa in the complex) on a higher level, with a shared entrance that branches into two separate access staircases.
The property is spread across three levels, connected by internal stairs, which might be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.
Layout:
Ground Floor: At pool level, with a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a family shower, and a utility room.
First Floor: Open-plan living area with a large living room, dining space, modern fully equipped kitchen, and an additional family shower.
Second Floor: A double bedroom with a spacious shower and a front balcony offering incredible views of the bay.
The swimming pool (7.80 m × 3.90 m × 1.50 m) is directly accessible from the ground floor and is surrounded by sun-drenched terraces. One end features a built-in BBQ, while the other includes a covered area with dining and lounge spaces, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing outdoors.
Location
The villa, due to its exceptional location over Kalkan Bay, offers breathtaking views from most areas, especially the pool, and its close proximity to local amenities makes it an ideal spot for a relaxing stay without the need for a car.
Local taxes & fees:
Your price covers all known taxes. Occasionally, local governments add new visitor taxes on short notice. These aren't included and must be paid directly at your destination (usually an amount at check-in). Please ask us before travelling - we'll also update you if we can.

Villa Asya 2 ticked all the boxes for us - great views, comfortable rooms, a lovely pool and easy access to Kalkan. A very relaxing holiday and one we'd happily repeat.

We loved the pool and outdoor spaces. Plenty of sun loungers, shaded areas for meals, and a BBQ for relaxed dinners. The sunset views from the terraces were a real highlight. We will be booking again for next year.

A very comfortable villa in a great part of Kalkan. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge was great for evenings in, and shops and restaurants were easy to reach.

Villa Asya 2 worked brilliantly for our group of six. The bedrooms are well separated, the living space is generous, and the terraces gave us lots of room to relax without feeling on top of each other.
