Location was excellent, between the bus station and the Diocletian Palace.
I know it isn’t the owner’s fault, but there were people just below and outside the bedroom window smoking and chatting loudly until late at night-each night. I was glad that I had earplugs but it was still disturbing. There were a few items in need of repair or cleaning in the unit, one of which was a kitchen light that was completely out. To the owner’s credit, it was repaired the next day. The mold in the shower and other small issues were to be on hold until after our departure.

The self check in process was very easy, and the room is comfortable. It is a very good value.
Note that Zagrebačka street is a busy road you must cross to/from the port or the old town to reach the property. I recommend walking along Kralja Zvonimira street if you have roller bags even though that road is also busy to avoid stairs (and careful not to miss the stone alley turn) and otherwise walk on Radunica street.
The room was strongly perfumed.

The accommodation was lovely - perfect for me. There were lots of nice little extras that were so thoughtful
The bathroom fittings were cheap & broken - its a shame. It would have been nice to be able to leave luggage for a little while somewhere on the day of departure.
