Skandi Streudorf welcomes you to a modern, renovated vacation home that combines contemporary comfort with thoughtful design across 34 m² of living space. The vacation home is located in a rural setting in the village of Streudorf, just 50 meters from the center, and—thanks to its ground-floor location and peaceful surroundings—offers the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay. Its proximity to a sandy beach 3,000 meters away and Lake Altmühl, which is just 400 meters away, opens up a wide range of recreational opportunities in and around the water.

The house is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers and features a bedroom with a total of three separate sleeping areas, including two specifically designed for children. The furnishings were chosen with family-friendliness and practicality in mind: The property is fenced and is both child-safe and dog-friendly; pets are expressly welcome. For your personal mobility, a free private parking space is available on the property; at 100 m², its size opens up additional possibilities for use—for example, for playing in the garden.

The property was last renovated in 2023 and is accordingly modern and well-maintained. The open-concept kitchen flows into the living room, creating a spacious feel, and is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker (Senseo), a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Basic spices are provided so you can comfortably prepare your meals. A dining table and a sofa in the living area create a cozy atmosphere for spending time together.

For entertainment, there is a TV with a screen size of over 55 inches and satellite connection. High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s or faster) is available for remote work and leisure activities. Internet access ensures a reliable connection throughout your stay.

The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a shower and tub, toilet, sink, mirror, as well as a vanity mirror and full-length mirror. A starter kit of toiletries, hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens is provided to get you started. A shared washing machine rounds out the practical amenities.

Special emphasis was placed on comfort: underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures, privacy screens on all windows guarantee privacy, and fly screens protect against insects. A smoke detector contributes to safety. Outside, you’ll find a patio with patio furniture and a well-maintained garden. A charcoal grill is available for barbecue evenings.

The proximity to restaurants (just 100 meters away), shopping (3,600 meters), and public transportation (80 meters) ensures convenient access to daily necessities and flexible leisure activities. Due to the location, a car is recommended for your stay.

Whether you enjoy relaxing days on the sandy beach, nature walks, or pleasant evenings on the patio—Skandi Streudorf offers you an attractive combination of comfort, rural idyll, and modern amenities. If you’re interested, please feel free to book your stay.
