Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of euro 10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.

A newly renovated apartment in the heart of Vernazza, one of the most iconic and photographed villages of the 5Terre. The house is composed as follows:
-Living room with kitchen
-2 Double bedrooms
-1 Suite with double bed and one single bed
-2 Bathrooms one with tub and one with shower.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.

Security deposit: A security deposit of €100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
