The hotel is in a faboulous location with easy access to the Freedom Trail, Boston Common, four different T lines, etc. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylish and the employees were helpful and friendly. They also brought microwaves to our rooms upon request.
It would have been nice to have a regular door (rather than a revolving one) at the front entrance. To use a regular door, one had to go to the side by where the valet was, which was less convenient, but not a big hassle.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was good, close to the subway, attractions such as Quincy market and Boston common were in walking distance.
Lightning was insufficient, shower was weirdly designed and it was making a creepy noise when turning on hot water, I assumed it was because of the old heating system.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted at the front desk with genuine kindness and great big smiles! The hospitality was outstanding, and the hotel itself is absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely no complaints

Not much to like.
Very noisy at night from the downtown action.
