I had a fantastic stay at Candlewood Suites NYC Times Square by IHG. Its location on 39th Street is unbeatable, merely two blocks away from bustling Times Square, making sightseeing super convenient. The room features a full kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and cooking tools, perfect for long stays. The bedroom is spacious with a comfy bed and work desk, while the clean bathroom has complete amenities. The window even offers stunning night views of the Empire State Building. Quiet yet close to all attractions, this hotel balances comfort and prime location wonderfully.

The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. Great location.
Property needs updates. The curtains have holes in them. We couldn't fully close the curtains. You can tell paint and everything is old. There was no water in the cooler for sale. Cleaning staff were loud in the hallways in the mornings.

I like the location.
The bed was crooked, and the room was slanted. While I was naked in the room, a hotel employee suddenly tried to enter without permission—I managed to stop them at the last second. The refrigerator was leaking water, and the room door was faulty. We had to change our room on the 4th day
