Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the view of the Sphere.
It would be nice to have tea in the room.

The room was spacious with a large living area, a fully stocked kitchen and a large bedroom with two beds. The bathroom was large with a tub and shower.
We stayed four nights. Housekeeping did not visit the room while we were there. We were supposed to receive housekeeping services at least once during out stay. We had to request toilet paper, coffee packets and towels from the front desk. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our requests but it was puzzling to not even get garbage removed by the fifth day.

This was a last minute booking for me and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. My apartment got upgraded to one with a washer dryer and the place was spotless
Will definitely look to book here straight away next time
Struggling to find anything

I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room.
I did not like that the air conditioning did not work, so my family and I were suffering from heat, plus the hotel did not solve that problem.
