Very comfortable rooms with lovely views and some interesting features
Some of the staff were indifferent and verging on rude when asked for something. Not the most welcoming place despite how lovely it is. It wouldn’t stop me staying there again but having stayed in multiple properties on our trip this was the most unfriendly

Really lovely room with fantastic views. It was quiet and spacious with good facilities (indoor pool, a laundry room and a restaurant attached)
I think there was a data breach issue, so I received a lot of scam WhatsApps from fake accounts about the booking which was slightly annoying.

Toilet very low for us older folks. There was not mat for bathtub which made shower a bit precarious.

Unique ambiance that was a good fit with our visit to the national park. Great view feom our upper level room and staff were helpful and sweet. Impressed with the onsite EV charging which we used.Thumbs up!
The AC unit and fan made terrible noise when running, had to turn it off for the night. Bathroom door would not close without slamming it and poor sound proofing between neighboring rooms

"Was a pleasant surprise for a quick stop ( we got in around 4pm and left at 7 am). Dinner at the attached restaurant was great and breakfast was included."
