We were greeted by a friendly gentleman working the front desk, the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Breakfast was provided by way of a small buffet in the little kitchen area, serving everything you need to get you on your way for the day!
The stairs are a bit narrow for carrying large suitcases, but I understand, that is the style of an older building. Other than that, there was nothing at all to complain about!

Loved the place
All good. Only carry luggage up in narrow stairs

Our room was in a block of "row" houses in a decent neighborhood. Proximity to the Train system and Fenway park were very walkable. plenty of eating choices in the area.
The place is hard to find. The roads in the area, well Boston, a lot of one way. we parked in an alley and had to walk around the block to get to the office. just city living.
Also have not got my deposit back yet.

Great location, not far from Newbury Street. Staff were pleasant.
I was told on arrival I wouldn't be staying in the main building; that I'd have to go up the street to number 14. The decor could do with a full upgrade. Breakfast was limited and no healthy options, just pastries/carbs. Fresh milk would have been easy to provide.
