It’s an apartment/condo type place with a shared swimming pool, but it feels more like a house, with several patios. There’s lots of steps to take to get there, so not ADA, but that was not an issue for us. It’s a 15 minute walk to town, beach, etc. Very convenient, quiet, pleasant. Most occupants are French, making for an authentic experience.

Great property, very clean and close to the sea. Kids loved the pool and not many people in june. We were 8 people at times and it was very comfortable.
