Good central location! Staff were great!

The pillows were uncomfortable. The king size bed had two separate duvets. There was no aircon so the windows had to be left open and it is a very noisy spot so sleep wasn’t good. Breakfast was average. No bacon, stale cakes. The toilet room is so small the door needs to be left open when using the toilet.

Location Is 10/10, super Clean, not a single dust- perfect and the staffs were amazing - Nazar and Vitalina (room service/ cleaning manager) sooooo nice! Free room cleaning everyday and free slippers 😊

The shower area wasn’t available! It was the basin / sink where there is a hand shower attached!!! It was the tiniest washroom and in the picture they showed something else! When I asked for it, they said it was not for single room, then why did you give this picture in the site? I wouldn’t have booked this hotel with no shower area and also the toilet door couldn’t be open properly! Also, the entire night you’ll wake up by hearing other customers screaming in the hall way/ stair cases and the room doors need a bang to close— so whenever someone is entering into their room- they had to close the room in a rough way! Awful nights—couldn’t sleep at all. There should be some policies or make the rooms soundproof and the all room doors need to be fixed!!

Bathroom is too tight

I liked that it was in Central Prague, so I could easily connect to different tourist destinations in Prague pretty easily, sometimes I would only need to walk to my target location. The staff were super nice and friendly.

I understand this is a 3-Star hotel but I wasn’t happy! There were a lot of ants and a bug in my bedroom, toilet and sink! And I paid £307 for a large double bed with a balcony, which is a lot of money for what I got. When I came into the room, it was so stuffy, I had to open up the windows and balcony, switch on the fan to eradicate the pensive smell, almost as though it wasn’t cleaned before my arrival. The curtains were torn down a bit as well. The rug wasn’t feet-friendly; I had to wear my slippers in my bedroom which wasn’t ideal. The wall paints in the balcony were scraping off!
