Crikvenica is situated in the Kvarner Bay of the Adriatic Sea, 30 km from Rijeka. The districts of Primorje and Gorski kotar lie on Crikvenica’s doorstep. The whole town is, in fact, a riviera comprising a series of small, almost contiguous seaside resorts: Selce, Crikvenica, Dramalj and Jadranovo.

The house is surrounded by stone walls and features a large enclosed garden with plenty of space for everyone to relax by the private swimming pool. The villa comprises two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen/living room and a large lake opposite the living room. The open-plan kitchen/living room is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The ground floor is very comfortable and well-equipped with satellite TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a CD player, a DVD recorder and a microwave. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which has two bedrooms.
The rooms are adorned with beautiful antiques, which give the villa a homely and interesting feel, whilst still remaining child-friendly.
