We had an amazing stay at the villa,number 3. It had everything we needed,and was very clean. The views from the balcony and sitting room were stunning. It was great to have to a pool to cool off. The main street was just 3 minutes walk away,where there were several restaurants , all serving great food,the pick being the Olive Garden. Nice beach 5 minutes walk from the villa, great for swimming with a lifeguard. Housekeeping staff were so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Phil,Dee and Adam Bell.

Ensemble de villas très belles et très bien conçues.
Très propre, matériaux portes et huisseries haut de gamme.
Splendide décoration, personnel sympathique et efficace, toujours en train de nettoyer, de changer les draps et les serviettes.
La vue est magnifique et le village de Agios Nikitas est superbe

Simple cute villas, comfortable , good location - less than 5 min walk to rests and bars and beach . We were three families in 3 villas and this worked really well. Great for larger groups as there are 5 villas in total. The pools are small but perfect for a cool off dip. Bedrooms have shutters so lovely and dark at night. Comfy beds. Villa 3 has an amazing view from the pool.
Two of the villas - 1 and 2 are very close to the rd and don’t really have views, as they either face away from the sea or face the rd/walls. The air con turns off every time u open a door or window - which I understand cost wise, but not ideal popping in and out from the pool area.

Perfect location, so close to the main village and the beach! Katerina and her housekeeper were both lovely and welcoming and very attentive!
We stayed in villa 1, which unfortunately has a shady smaller pool area so we couldn’t really use it. We enjoyed being at the beach everyday but it might have been nice to have had some of the time spent around the pool.
