Wow! Apartment is in a great location. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable bed, great AC- if looking for a home base in Florence this is the place. The host is wonderful to work with- let us check in early, booked a taxi for us and has many great tour ideas.

We are so glad we found this beautiful apartment in a walkable location just close enough to everything but away from the tourist hub. Pierpoalo (our host) greeted us and spent a great deal of time acclimating us to the apartment and Florence. Upon our arrival he sat the dining room table with a map and marked some restaurant suggestions. (We went to all of them, each one better than the next!). The apartment was perfectly appointed and very modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite nice. Pierpoalo offered us a trip to the Tuscan hills. It was an amazing day. He made arrangements at a small family owned winery where we had a wonderful wine tasting and lunch. He also took us to two villages. We loved spending time with him. He has mastered the art of hospitality. If we are lucky enough to return to Florence we have a beautiful place to stay. Grazie mille Pierpoalo!

Apartment was fantastic and perfect for our 5-day stay in Florence. Location was brilliant - close to everything including train station, which allowed us to maximise our time as tourists. Pierpaolo was wonderful to deal with, friendly, helpful, gave us great ideas and suggestions, checked up on us during our stay, and went so far above and beyond our expectations. He was a fabulous host! The apartment was well fitted with everything we needed for our stay, and everything was perfectly clean and nice and modern. We found lovely, reasonably priced restaurants close by, and supermarket and fabulous little coffee shop right downstairs. Perfect place, perfect host and a perfect stay in Florence. Highly recommend this property.

This is a modern clean apartment within walking distance from the train and a block from the river. It was easy to get to the center of the city yet nice to be away from the crowds. When we arrived there was fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in addition to some juice and bottled water in the fridge. There is a cafe below and we woke up to the lovely smell of baked goods.my husband enjoyed the espresso there and I loved the pastries. There was also a small grocery store a few doors down. Pierpaolo was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. His english was perfect. He gave us his contact number for any questions or problems and we did have to use it once when we had an issue with the lock box. He also helped us make reservations at a very popular restaurant. We rented a car and the agency was right down the road. It couldnt have been more perfect and is so much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks Pierpaolo.
