Charming older house in an excellent location for skiing. Very large social area ideal for group get together.

A great base for Cortina hiking and walking to town. Once parked (as mentioned in other reviews, small cars only fit), no need to drive for town. Grocery, restaurants, gondola station all short walks. Very accommodating on check in. As we were delayed due to ice hiking at Lago Sorapis - thank you Luca! on hike at Lago Sorapis

Due to fine weather we had a wonderful stay. The lack of glasses, plates and toiletpaper when we arrived was not so good. Nevertheless we enjoyed our holidays.

We were six adults and for us this was A perfect place to Stay. A short walk to the centre of Cortina, nice rooms, quiet area and beautiful views.
