The hotel experience is surprisingly. Refurbished and comfortable room, equiped kitchen and spacy bathroom.
There is elevator but you might use stair to reach the lower level or upper lever to enter into it. It was not an issue! laundry worked well. Surroundings are quiet and safe. S-bahn is 5 min walking, which is very convenient. Security code to enter the building and the room works very well.
Everything was excelent.

We had a comfortable stay. The apartment was neat, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bahn station is very conveniently located just across the road, with easy access to the U4 line.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially with arranging an early check-in for us, as we were travelling with an elderly family member and a child.
Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay with very helpful staff.
One thing to note: although the property mentions having a lift, the apartment we stayed in required climbing a few stairs to reach the building level, followed by additional stairs if the apartment is on the lower floor, where there is no lift access. This was a little inconvenient, especially with luggage and an elderly person.

Nice charming place which is good value for money.
Stairs, lift and the overall layout is tiring for families with small kids. We had to drag the pram in and out every time

Nice apartment.
Awkwardly laid out and the patio is amazing but not useful in the winter
