Open Your Door On The Beach! - Private Beach Home
Αυτή η υπέροχη εξοχική κατοικία στηρίζεται σε ένα μικρό απομονωμένο κόλπο, ανάμεσα σε δύο λόφους, στο νησί της Εύβοιας, απέναντι από την ηπειρωτική χώρα της Αττικής.
Η μοναδική τοποθεσία του επιτρέπει να κρύβεται μακριά από πολυσύχναστες πόλεις και σίγουρα ενσωμάτωση του τουρισμού, παρέχοντας έτσι ηρεμία και τη γαλήνη, χωρίς να είναι μακριά από τον πολιτισμό. Ένα μικρό ψαροχώρι με εξαιρετικές ψαροταβέρνες απέχει μόνο 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο, και τα μεγαλύτερα παραθαλάσσιες πόλεις με μια πιο έντονη νυχτερινή ζωή σε μια ακτίνα 20 λεπτά το αυτοκίνητο. Επιπλέον, δεδομένου ότι το νησί της Εύβοιας είναι συνδεδεμένη με την ηπειρωτική χώρα μέσω διαφόρων πλοία και μια γέφυρα, το αεροδρόμιο της Αθήνας είναι λιγότερο από 2 ώρες μακριά.
Η σπανιότητα αυτού του σπιτιού όμως βρίσκεται αλλού. Δυτική πύλη του κήπου ανοίγει κυριολεκτικά σε μια πανέμορφη παραλία με πεντακάθαρα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά απλώνονται μπροστά, δίνοντας τη φράση «στην παραλία« νέο νόημα. Incredibile location, with direct access to a very beatiful bay and almost private beach. Fully equipped kitchen and nice outdoors. Good «tavernas » in a 10 minutes drive. Very quiet and relaxing. Would defenetly come back!

Stayed at this beautiful location with family and friends for 7 nights! The host Mrs Irene was super friendly and sweet. Along with Alex (who was very helpful, amazing) and provided us with all the information required for this location, direction, restaurants and local shops.
Stores are located about 30ish min away so ensure you stop on the way to get your groceries.
The location is also very private. The beach was heaven and pretty much private - prefect for families.
Would book this house again - 100%

We had the perfect holiday in this property. The property has a large garden which runs parallel to the beach in a quiet bay and faces directly out to sea . The gate in the pictures is at the bottom of the garden and is 1 minute's walk from the large patio outside the house. The bay is really quiet and beautiful and we were often the only people on the beach and in the sea. The house itself is also really lovely to be in - the living area is spacious and there are two large windows which look right out to sea. They are difficult to photograph because of the brightness of the sea and sky and the photographs of the house don't really do justice to the views . We intended to explore Evia, but in the end spent 10 days mostly in the house area or swimming/on the beach as it was such a lovely place to be. The nearest supermarket is 30 minutes away, but the roads are fine and the house is so well equipped (far better than other self catering places we have been to) that we didn't feel the need to seek out restaurants , although the seafood at the beach front restaurant in porto buffalo was really good . The host Eirini was charming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble . We met up with Eirini at the entrance to Porto Buffalo after texting en route and getting to the property could not have been easier. If we are able to, we would all love to visit again.

Mbuffalo is a small fishing village located on the Island of Evia, Greece. The house is located a little further away which was a challenge to find for anyone hence we needed assistance. Once at property we couldn’t believe how private this place away. The view of the beautiful bay from the front verandah is so lovely it’s hard to believe that we had this whole beach to ourselves mostly for 6 days. We shared the beach with a couple of small boats that had made this their home for a couple of days, along with approximately 10 maximum walk in day beach lovers. This never interfered with our gated privacy to the property. There are small pebbles between foreshore and 2 meters into water but then you have sand. The water was deliciously refreshing and also warm. Would loved to have stayed longer.
The negative on the property is we didn’t get to meet the owner as suggested providing us with details and things to do in area. We did meet the owners daughter who helped us find our way to property which was a blessing. The property is tired and needs to provide non speaking Greek guests an instructions manual to assit them with the operational needs. Lucky we were mechanical minded! Also have house presented in a clean ready to go for guests and not have refrigerators unclean with leftover food from previous visitors. I wasn’t a great start to our holiday however, we had a great time, the house is in an awesome location and yes if the chance comes again to visit we will.
